The first step before starting a marketing automation and personalization project should be to establish a working method. Our proposal at Digital consists of establishing objectives, implementing initiatives, testing and measuring results.
OBJECTIVES : We will try to establish what objectives we want for each type of user or segment of our database.
INITIATIVES: With the objectives set, the next step will be to define the initiatives that we are going to develop to achieve these objectives. These initiatives will have to be developed taking into account the automation of sending processes (sending flows), the design and the content of the email.
Automation : The great advantage of an automated syria business email list system is that it allows you to deploy a contact system that would be impossible to do manually. Any automation initiative will necessarily go through four stages:
1) Design of a contact map
2) Pre-production implementation
3) Testing
4) Deployment in production
The most difficult phases are the first (a certain capacity for visual abstraction is required) and the third (great attention to detail and the ability to anticipate). The second and fourth phases have a more technical component of implementation in the specific marketing solution, which is less difficult but can take more time.
Design: For each of the touchpoints that arise from the first phase of automation, we will have to design the emails taking into account the objectives of each phase. It will also be key to introduce persuasive elements both in the copies and in the way the information is presented.
Content: This point refers to the creation of, on the one hand, a content library (images and texts), and on the other, an agile and automated system for including this content in the emails that each user will receive (personalization).
TESTING: Once the initiative has been implemented, the different elements involved will be tested (sending times, frequencies and sequences, subjects, content, etc.).
CONTROL: The KPIs will account for the proper functioning of the initiative and its different variants, and will justify its review in each case.
