If you've heard that creating newsletters yourself is difficult, don't believe it? In fact, everything is quite simple, especially in our enKod service. We've specially thought through and simplified everything, so you can definitely handle it. And to make it even easier to navigate, we've written a detailed guide for you that will help you quickly create beautiful letters.
1. Let's get to work
In the side menu, click on the “enSend” button, and then click on the “Messages” tab. In the window that opens, in the right corner, click on the “New Message” button and select the “Email” option.
Let's go to the letter creation editor
2. Select the mailing type
In enKod you can create different types of letters:
Instant - created and sent immediately.
Scheduled - the letter will be sent once according to the specified condition. Just set the date and time of sending.
Regular - here you can create letters that will be sent on a schedule. For example, every Monday at 12:00.
By event — send a user a birthday greeting or remind them about the vacuum cleaner in their shopping cart that they never ordered, you can do this here. To launch an automatic mailing, you need to define a sending trigger (condition) in advance. You can read more about the types of trigger mailings here .
By API — such a letter is sent when our platform receives a request from the client’s CRM system. For example, if you need to notify the client that their order has been sent — the CRM will send a request to enKod and launch the mailing.

3. Create a letter
As an example, we will tell you how to create a simple pakistan business email list instant letter. To start layout, click the “Actions” button above the work field and select “Strippo Editor”. This is a program in which you can layout a letter using ready-made templates. The Strippo designer is very easy to work with, so we made an integration with it.
Create a letter. Choose a structure
All you need to do is select the blocks you need and add content to them — text, images, videos, tables, product cards. Anything you like.
To add a new block, click on the "structures" tab on the left and drag the desired block into the workspace. You can also open the "blocks" tab and select any of the options:
text;
image or photo carousel;
video;
button;
separator;
banner;
menu;
social media icon.
Each element of the letter can be edited. For example, you can change the background color, change the location of elements, adjust the spacing and indents, choose the appropriate font and text size, round the edges of the button, add a link.
Editing email
You can change the content of the letter in the toolbar on the left. The text editor is located at the top, right above the letter.
Changing the content of the letter
When laying out a letter, don’t forget about the structure:
Header or letter header. At the top of the letter you need to place your logo so that subscribers can quickly recognize you.
Letter body. This is where the main content goes.
Footer. This section should contain your contact information, social media icons, and a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

4. Send the letter
If the mailing is ready, you need to save the template so that it does not get lost. To do this, click on the “apply” button. This is very convenient, since you do not have to create a mailing from scratch each time. After saving the template, you can send letters to subscribers.
