What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
As our Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role. In building our sales pipeline. Your tasks will include:

Lead Research and Identification:
Research and identify new B2C and B2B leads. Using fax lists online tools. And industry directories.
Find potential customers. Who fit our ideal client profiles.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn. For B2B prospecting.
Database Management:
Accurately enter and update lead information. Into our CRM system. And Latest Mailing Database.
Maintain clean and organized lead lists. Ensure data accuracy.
Segment leads based on B2C or B2B categories. Industry. And other criteria.
Outreach Support:
Draft personalized email templates. For cold outreach campaigns. (For both B2C and B2B).
Assist in scheduling initial calls. Or online meetings. For our sales team.
Help prepare introductory messages. For social media platforms.
Lead Qualification:
Conduct initial research. To qualify leads. Based on specific criteria.
Identify key decision-makers.
Assess the potential interest of B2C consumers.
Market Research:
Gather information on industry trends. And competitor activities.
Help identify new market opportunities. For lead generation.
