What type of clients do you work with?

It was a big challenge because I knew nothing about Digital Marketing and its technical language, but basically what they were looking for was what I had been doing in Banking with Corporate clients: creating from scratch, hiring staff, training them, creating processes, etc., and leading the Online Sales department, which was responsible for handling all the leads generated from the different digital and offline channels.
We made calls, coordinated with marketing the promotions that were going to come out and how we were going to implement them in sales, implemented Lead Nurturing processes according to the stage the customer was in, provided support to customers throughout the purchasing process until the customer arrived at the branch to take the test drive, we also worked on Buy Back mexico mobile database Campaigns that consisted of contacting customers who bought 5 years or more ago and making them fall in love again and incentivize them to change the vehicle and we started again with the stages of Lead Nurturing.
You then began working as a Digital Marketing/Inbound Specialist for Pro Capital Consultores, a digital marketing consultancy, your current position. What responsibilities do you perform?
As a Business Consultant, I help business clients create their digital marketing strategies. Many clients do a bit of everything in Digital Marketing but don't have a plan, and they don't realize that it's more comprehensive than they think. I meet clients who believe that by having a Facebook page and posting, they're doing digital marketing, and I help them expand their range of options. Additionally, I also give talks on Sales Techniques and Customer Service that complement the Digital Marketing consulting experience because one often encounters sales forces without an established process or techniques, instead learning through trial and error.
I am focused on helping medium and small companies from different sectors
In 2018, you'll enroll with us on the Master's in Marketing and Social Media. Why International Marketing?
I began researching who in Costa Rica offered a formal Digital Marketing course focused on Inbound Marketing where I could learn how to unite all the worlds. You could say I didn't want a one-week course; I wanted something serious and challenging, and I found IM. I consulted with them for two months. The master's degree topics fit what I was looking for; they were very comprehensive, not something light. And I took the plunge. I liked the fact that it was an online master's degree because I'm a mother, wife, professional, and athlete, so time is precious to me, and being able to control the time I dedicate to studying without it affecting my other roles was a real joy.
Which subjects were the most beneficial? What would you highlight about the Master's?
Oh, it's a difficult question because I've learned a lot from all of them, and I can tell you that each one is related. As you progress, you connect the dots and understand the entire digital map. They're not easy, haha. It's been hard. You have to study, read a lot, and research.
