Does reviewer rating affect search results positions?

Quality reviewers work as contractors for one of several companies (e.g. Appen, Lionbridge, and Teemwork.ai) that Google hires for this task.

In the section titled Introduction to Search Quality Rating, it says in relation to "The Search Experience":

"Different types of searches require very different types of search results. Health and medical search results should be high-quality, authoritative, and trustworthy."

The Search quality rating consists of two parts:
A. Page Quality : How well a website fulfills its purpose.
