The first step is to define the objectives we want to achieve with the project , a fundamental step to create a real and efficient plan.

Ask yourself this question: What do I want to achieve? Organize an event for 1,000 people? Expand the company abroad? Improve digital reputation?

The scope of the project defines its boundaries and serves as the basis for argentina email list identifying the activities to be performed within or outside of it , as well as the amount of work to be completed.

It is necessary to define these objectives with the client to allow him to have an active role in the project, and not as a mere spectator.

2. Define the activities to be carried out
In the discipline of Project Management this phase is called Work Breakdown Structure (in Italian Project Analytical Structure). It is about putting together a subdivision of all the activities that are part of a project and transforming them into minor activities: product-oriented hierarchical tree (deliverable).

In this Excel example, we can see the larger tasks 1 and 2 in blue, which are the main deliverables. Below are the smaller tasks that need to be completed in order to successfully finish the deliverable, what the deadline is, and who is responsible for the team.
