Start creating web pages

First define who you are and what you want, only then will the web designer be able to help you create a website capable of achieving the goals you set for yourself.
We don't have texts and photos yet, start creating the pages first and then we'll fill them with content...
Completely wrong approach, the web designer's task is not to create pages to fill with content that will arrive, but exactly the opposite, to start from the content you want to insert to give it the best possible shape making it attractive, clear and finalized to the result.
Starting from a pleasing design for the creation sierra leone email list of the page and proceeding backwards by inserting is a wrong process because it is inverse to logic. It may also lead to aesthetically pleasing pages but in which the contents will not be thought out a priori, so the design will guide the contents that we will insert. The web designer will say no this time too!

I don't have any photos, can we use some from stock or taken from the internet?
Here the web designer usually shudders, the client has a structure/company that he wants to propose but does not want to show it? So he is satisfied with using other people's images? Another failed website on the horizon!
