In order to carry out an email marketing campaign, it is necessary to have an email account that we will use as the sender in our shipments .
To prevent identity theft, teenvio.com has an automatic sender validation system before sending. When we register a new sender, an email is sent to the sender requesting approval to send through teenvio.com.
Data required to activate a sender:
Sender's name
Sender's email
Data controller
Purpose of the sender
In the sender section, all the necessary tools are enabled compliance directors email lists for the registration, cancellation and modification of senders, responsible parties and purposes. Any registration or modification of a sender will imply validation of the same through an email that teenvio sends to the email address with a validation link.

Steps to activate a sender in teenvio:
Go to Settings, Senders and click on “New Sender”
Enter the sender's name
Enter the email of the new sender ( you must use a company email , free emails cannot be used such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.)
Enter the Data Controller.
This is a data requested by the GDPR and the data is generally used with the prosecutors that the user has registered in their account. You can copy the data directly from my account.
Enter the Purpose for which the sender will be used.
Generally, the purpose is “Sending commercial communications” but more purposes can be created later.
Once saved, it will remain in the “Unvalidated” status, and will automatically send an email to the sender requesting validation of the sender .
Once activated by the sender, we can start sending. To see the changes, we must exit the application and log back in.
When a subscriber to an email list requests to unsubscribe, they do so on their own responsibility and for a purpose, therefore, this data will be visible when a user requests to unsubscribe.
