Siyafunda Career Programme is a programme pioneered by Tiisetso Leadership Foundation with the core purpose of inspiring academic excellence, sharing careers and bursaries information with High Schools located in the townships and rural areas. Siyafunda Education Programme aims to provide the inspirational talks, career advices, careers and bursaries information, life coaching and leadership coaching to learners and educators.
Siyafunda Career Programme is a platform that is mobilizing young professionals list to data from different career fields to share their knowledge and mentor learners so that they can be inspired to excel academically. The purpose of the mentoring and coaching programme is to Discover, Develop and Deploy talent, potential and gifts. This will also ensure that these young people do not suffer from dependency and entitlement mentality that is plaguing our nation.
