Following the already consolidated tradition of our retrospective post , the time has finally come to remember our deliveries of the year and celebrate the impact we were able to generate for the Product community in 2022.
Today we have a team of 35 people dedicated to offering the best experience for our students, as well as quality content that can enrich the repertoire of those who are living their journey in the Product area.
As a reference school specialized in Product education , PM3 proudly reaffirms, once again, its commitment to raising the level of knowledge in Product Management in Brazil.
I hope that, with this text, you see what was possible to do in 2022 and imagine what we will do in 2023. We can, all together, build an incredible product area in Brazil through the union of our community, which could soon become a world reference in Product Management.

Rich materials
The e-book “ 15 Questions and Answers for Product Marketing Interviews ” has already been downloaded more than 2,000 times and has featured the participation of leaders from companies such as Neon , Meta , XPinc , VTEX , Inter , QuintoAndar and many others. The content includes valuable tips for those who are about to face an interview in the field.

Market research
The Product Management Market Panorama had its third edition in 2022. This is the first and only x-ray of the Product area in Brazil , which provides increasingly in-depth insights into the profile of companies and the professionals who work there. In this latest edition, it had more than 2,000 respondents and exposes the challenges of the profession here in the country.
Blog and glossary
In 2022 alone, there were 65 new entries in the Product Glossary and 227 new articles published here on the PM3 Blog. We continue to grow in the production of free text content, seeking to facilitate understanding of the Product universe and counting on the support of columnists, market professionals who share their analyses and cases through their articles.
Product Table podcast launch
Taking another important step towards sharing high-quality free content, in 2022 Estúdio PM3 arrived with everything. There we produced a lot of content for our YouTube channel and for Mesa de Produto, one of the PM3 Talks programs. In total there were 10 episodes , which you can watch through this YouTube playlist , or by accessing our profile on Spotify . In the last episode of the first season, for example, we welcomed Orkut Buyukkokten, founder of Orkut.com.
We also had 11 episodes of Product Masters, with chats full of tips from great professionals who work at companies such as Loft, Pipo Saúde, VTEX and many others. You can find them all here .
PM3 Community Activities and Events
At the same time that this content was being produced, we also observed the growth of the Community, which provided many exchanges and very rich meetings in 2022. We had:
350 community discussion topics;
700 vacancies published in the Product area;
16 Group Mentoring sessions with over 2,000 participants;
10 editions of the “Community Stage”;
26 hours of content recorded in the community;
2 in-person Happy Hours PM3;
1 Leaders meeting;

What's new in the courses
This closeness to our students allows us to always be attentive to the feedback and needs of those who follow us. That is why in 2022 we launched 2 more courses and updated the Product Management Course , which had its first version launched in 2018.
Product Analytics Course
The course brings together complete and in-depth content – over 20 hours – on data analysis for the Product area , with practical examples from companies such as Nubank, Creditas, Grupo Boticário and Google.
We know that this knowledge is very important so that professionals in the field can make more assertive decisions with the help of concrete data , as well as have more clarity about what to do when they do not have sufficient data.

Product Leadership Course
With more than 25 hours of recorded content , the course was designed for leaders or senior people in the Product area (with more than 3 years of experience).
We developed this material for people who need to go beyond people management , exercising a systemic vision and connecting it with business deliverables , prioritizing with precision and excellence. You will see practical cases from companies such as OLX Group, Nubank and Zé Delivery, understanding in a practical way how Product leaders organize themselves on a daily basis.

Product Management Course Update
Keeping up with changes in the product market, we noticed the need to update our first course. There were 15 re-recorded classes + 30 adapted and revised support materials . You can check out more details about this update here .
Product Camp held by PM3
In addition to all this, in 2022 PM3 acquired the rights to the Product Camp brand and became the official organizer of the event. This was a very significant step in our history, considering how much we value this face-to-face contact and interaction with the community.
We have always been present in previous years, but in 2022 we prepared everything with great care and dedication to welcome 1,650 people to Espaço Frei Caneca (São Paulo), over the 2 days of the event. With the theme “ We got the power ”, we sought to convey a message of unity , especially after such an uncertain period, during which we could not even be together in the same space.
We had the presence of distinguished guests, such as Orkut Buyukkokten and Martina Lauchengco , in addition to several speakers who presented high-level cases and insights . Without a doubt, it is impossible not to highlight the networking , which was strengthened during the days of the event. Both during the breaks between presentations and during the coffee breaks and happy hours , it was special to close the year seeing so many people meeting each other in person, exchanging experiences and further strengthening their network of contacts at the various points of interaction at the space.
We completed this challenge with great pride and satisfaction, with the certainty that PCamp is essential for the Product community to grow more and more , especially considering the quality of the discussions that circulate within it.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to making the 2022 edition a success, and we would like to reiterate that next year we will work to make it even better!

Thinking about all these actions and innovations that were the result of a lot of effort, collaboration and exchange with the community, we can say that some numbers reflect our main achievements in 2022. They are:
