Step 1: Integrate Trustmary into the system of your choice
The first step is to connect Trustmary to the CRM system of your choice.

We offer 4 main integrations:

Step 2: Set up triggers in CRM
In your CRM system, decide which trigger events move a contact to a specific list in Trustmary.

You may want to use automations to send feedback surveys in the following situations:

Regularly for all customers. In this case, you send the contact to a contact list after they become your customer.
After specific touchpoints in the customer journey. Send to the contact list after a follow-up meeting, phone call, repurchase, or any important activity in the customer journey and your CRM workflow.

In our example case, we want to create an automated review request survey that is sent to the client after a follow-up meeting.

In CRM, use the “follow-up meeting” as a trigger to move the contact to a dedicated contact list.

Step 3: Create an automation within Trustmary
In the previous step, you worked in the CRM and transferred the contacts to a contact list in Trustmary.

Now you need to create the automation to collect reviews by setting up triggers for the contact list within Trustmary.

Start by going to the Automation tab and clicking Create New .
